Guaranteed display of your property in our extensive window display frontage at all times;
2D and 3D floorplans;
We will erect a For Sale board at your property (should you wish to have one);
Staff accompanied viewings (wherever possible) by prior appointment;
A full set of property particulars.

For Rentals

Marketing on a strictly no let, no fee basis;
All standard advertising;
Your property marketed on: Rightmove; Zoopla; and our own Miles & Son website.
Guaranteed display of your property in our extensive window display frontage at all times;
We will erect a To Let board at your property (should you wish to have one);
Staff accompanied viewings (wherever possible) by prior appointment;
All of the above we will provide for you at no additional cost.
